1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NU.V.E.M Ensino platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision, we recommend that you do not use the services. NU.V.E.M Ensino reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice to registered users.
2. Description of Services
NU.V.E.M Ensino is an online and in-person medical education platform, operated by NUVEM ENSINO (CNPJ 42.679.051/0001-31), offering courses in gastroenterology, digestive motility and pelvic physiotherapy, taught by qualified professionals.
3. Registration and Account
To purchase courses, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out in your account. In case of unauthorized use, immediately notify cursos@nuvemensino.com.br.
4. Course Purchases
Courses are purchased upon payment according to the prices indicated on the platform. Access is granted after payment confirmation. For in-person (hands-on) courses, date and time will be confirmed by our team after registration.
5. Refund Policy
Under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), you have the right to cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided less than 20% of online content has been accessed. For in-person courses, cancellation must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content (video lessons, teaching materials, texts, images and trademarks) is the exclusive property of NU.V.E.M Ensino or its instructors. Reproduction, distribution or commercialization of any content without express written authorization is prohibited.
7. Permitted Use
Access to the platform is personal and non-transferable. It is prohibited to share access credentials, record or redistribute lessons, use content for commercial purposes, or perform any act that harms the platform or other users.
8. Educational Content
The content provided is exclusively for educational purposes for healthcare professionals. It does not constitute medical prescription, diagnosis or replacement of professional consultation, in accordance with Federal Council of Medicine regulations (Res. CFM nº 1.974/2011).
9. Limitation of Liability
NU.V.E.M Ensino is not responsible for damages arising from technical interruptions, system errors or improper use of the platform by the user. Our commitment is to ensure service availability at a reasonable level of continuity.
10. Jurisdiction and Legislation
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of Belo Horizonte, MG is elected to resolve any disputes arising from this instrument.
